During pregnancy, humans are exposed to thousands of chemicals, many of which may pose risks to the mother and developing baby. Our interdisciplinary research integrates toxicology, genomics, computational science, environmental health, and developmental and reproductive biology to identify chemicals that disrupt pregnancy and development and uncover the molecular and cellular mechanisms through which environmental exposures contribute to reproductive and developmental disease.
